Privacy Policy for Contadino

Contadino stores your focus sessions on your devices and can synchronize them through your private iCloud account. You do not need to create an account with us to use the app.

Your sessions and settings

Your session history includes session times, completed and interrupted sessions, and any notes or tags you choose to add. Contadino stores this information locally. When iCloud is available, session history and supported settings can synchronize across your devices through Apple’s iCloud services. We do not operate a separate server for your session history.

You can choose to export session data as a JSON file using the system file picker. Contadino does not automatically send exported files to us.

Local diagnostic logs

Contadino records technical events and errors to help diagnose problems. Local log files are stored in the app’s cache, where older files are periodically removed and the operating system may also clear them. The app also uses Apple’s system logging facilities.

Contadino does not include a service that automatically uploads these local log files to us or to an analytics provider.

Apple services and purchases

Contadino uses iCloud for synchronization and Apple’s App Store services for Contadino+ purchases and restoration. Apple processes payments and provides the purchase information the app needs to determine whether Contadino+ is unlocked. We do not receive your payment card details.

Apple may handle service and diagnostic information under your Apple account and device privacy settings. Apple’s handling of that information is described in Apple’s Privacy Policy.

Analytics and advertising

Contadino does not include third-party advertising or analytics SDKs. We do not use your session history to track you across other companies’ apps or websites.

If you email [email protected], we receive your email address and any information you choose to include. We use that information to respond to your request.
