Welcome to Contadino! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of the Contadino app, available on macOS, iOS, iPhoneOS, and watchOS through Apple’s App Store.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Contadino, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use, along with the App Store Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use our application.

App Store Terms

  • Acknowledgement: You acknowledge that the Terms of Use are concluded between you and Contadino only, and not with Apple. Contadino, not Apple, is solely responsible for the app and its content.

  • Scope of License: The license granted to you is limited to a non-transferable license to use Contadino on any Apple device that you own or control as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.

  • Maintenance and Support: Contadino is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services with respect to the app, as specified in the Terms of Use, or as required under applicable law. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to Contadino.

  • Warranty: In the event of any failure of Contadino to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the app to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to Contadino.

  • Product Claims: Contadino, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the app or your possession and/or use of the app, including, but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the app fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation.

  • Intellectual Property Rights: In the event of any third party claim that the app or your possession and use of the app infringes that third party’s intellectual property rights, Contadino, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.
