For Zoner support, email [email protected]. Include your device, OS version, Zoner version, and a short description of what you expected to happen.

iCloud Sync

Make sure you are signed in to iCloud on each device and that iCloud Drive is enabled. If changes do not appear right away, open Zoner on both devices, confirm they are online, and give iCloud a little time to finish syncing.

Widgets

If a widget is empty or outdated, open Zoner and confirm the location or person still exists. Then edit the widget and reselect the item if needed. Widget updates are scheduled by the system, so they may not refresh immediately every minute.

Mac Menu Bar Helper

On macOS, open Zoner settings and check that Show in Menu Bar is enabled. If the menu bar item still does not appear, turn the setting off and back on, then quit and reopen Zoner.

Backup Import and Export

When exporting, choose a location you can access later, such as iCloud Drive or a local folder. When importing, select a Zoner backup JSON file. Import merges matching records, adds missing records, and preserves local-only items.

TestFlight and App Store Updates

If TestFlight does not show the newest build, open TestFlight directly and pull to refresh. If installation or updates fail, check available storage, restart the device, and try again from TestFlight or the App Store.
